these articles are not worth anything. making money in online porn seems to be some urban legend.

you will not find *true* facts and figures towards this topic then the reasons are obvious:
- extremly heterogenous market, think of the huge size of this market worldwide

- *if* companies are running the sites, then most of them are private companies which do not have to show their business results to their shareholders, you never will know 1. who does online porn, 2. who makes how much profits

- there is no ambition for any successful webmaster/porn-enterpreneur to show the size and potential of this market

i am sure there are many more reasons why you never will get transparent information, but these 3 reasons should already be enough.

*if* you really want to get results for some sort of research then study the search results of the search engines - you soon will notice the potential.
