Hey All,
Could you guys take a peek at http://www.allteensite.com for me? Only converting like 1:200 on TGP traffic but I think it could do better.

Whats a good size for a front page? Its about 90K right now but the logo and some photos lose quality. Should I go for higher quality but bigger size? Whats a good max size in K?

Do those conversion numbers stay true once you get like 8000 people to see your site or only when you get about 1200/day? Anotherwords, if im converting 6/day with 1200 people... will i convert 40 with 8000?

ah so you decided to convert it into a paysite design? i thought it was originally a TGP. oh well, it definately looks better than what it did.

The main girl on the left is blurry, I dont think from overcompression, it was either the original image or you resized without sharpening...

The logo in the top left oval... looks like it was also resized... it should be drawn at size or created in Illustrator as a vector graphic then resized....

I think the buttons are a bit hard to read with that gradient/color combination and the animation on the join button might be a bit fast...

The meet our girls thumbs that click to mini galleries should have the 5 gallery pics clickable to the join page...

Just as a side note, that is our trademark... filed the papers and all :)

SuperHow can the wuality of pics be too low? They are all taken from 1024x768 (at least) originals... scaled .. then sharpened once in PS 7. If I sarpen them one more time, they look too sharpened and the edges come out white.

I'll resize the "oval" as vectors, thanks again.

The members area is 78 15+min videos and ~60 galleries + Teen package from pornholio (10k+pics/15k videos)

If one more sharpen is too much, once you sharpen, go to the Edit Menu and select the Fade Sharpen, or use an unsharp mask on it....


Also this is something that Lensman forced me to learn...

Step Down Sharpening... Basically you do this...

Filter - Sharpen
Image Resize 66%
Filter - Sharpen
Image Resize 66%
etc

Until you get to you final desired size...
Again if the final sharpen was too much, then use the Fade Sharpen routine...

This greatly lessens the artifacting and gives the images an alive look.

Always crop after you resize and sharpen and color correct, if you do the crop first then perform any of those functions you will get Moire ( jaggies on the edges )

Differing skin tones can give a tour a desirable "amatuer" look, but I would avoid overly blue ( oxygen starved ) looking pics and overly yellow ( liver problems ) looking chicks :o)

Photoshops Auto Color ( Photoshop 7 ) works amazingly well to get skin tones close... if you want them to match... play in the "Variations"

BTW, The original images quality can be low due to a number of things... the most obvious being focus :o)

Alot of photographers shoot "soft" images as a style, and this may or may not be the case.

what the fuck do the pooh bears are there foo? do you have license for them?? U have them there to make it look inecent and little younger right ?

Girl on the left looks better now, the girl on the right looks maybe a little over sharp and too much blue... I would play around with her in variations and get her a little more alive looking.

I cant see any changes to the buttons, ( slowing down join ) and the hard to read blue to white gradient.

My :2 cents: again :winkwink:

Changed again, what would you do to the center text? Arial doesnt look teeny but teeny is too hard to read...

Maybe just make the buttons solid with a stroke, and make actual buttons... that STAND OUT, instead of making the text change on mouse over or blink, make the button itself blink...

1:200 is pretty decent on TGP traffic.. very decent infact, push more TGP traffic at it and see what happens

x3guide, what would you put instead of them? You dont think its teeny and innocent.. etc.?

Im not asking for links or your moneymaking source but are there any other ways to get traffic than.

1. Buying it
2. TGP/MGP
3. AVS/Free Sites
4. Search engines
5. Bulk/Spam EMail


I just cant think of any but I don't really want to get into AVSing.
