With the current 2257 law, they don't need it for the girl... And since they know who the advertisers are they can point them to the people that have the records.

Her nipples are exposed, so they do. The fact that they know the advertisers means nothing. I know of all the sponsors that I get my promo material from, but that doesn't make me exempt from record-keeping.
I haven't found a clause in the current regs that says they don't have to. Assuming that they don't keep records, I would say it's for the same reason that many others don't; they doubt that they'll be inspected.
That doesn't mean they aren't supposed to, though. Right?
I'm not meaning to argue here. I often wonder why they don't have a link as well. I'm sure there are feds on this site every day, so you'd think these guys would know that & prepare for it. But then again maybe they are prepared & just haven't posted a link. The AlphaPhaze Network

Nipples are fine under the current law. The banners, might, make them secondary producers, but they never reproduced anything and forums fall under some other laws too.
They probably should have a statement, at least listing the sponsor/banners with a 2257 link to the sponsors 2257 page, it's something which is better than nothing. ~TheDoc - ICQ7765825

You need to get a clue, or talk to an attorney instead of talking out of your ass. They don't need to worry about the girl in the corner showing her boobs, but there are plenty of explicit photos posted on this site.

The posted photos are what falls under the forum laws, they aren't making the post, they don't need the records. The closest thing on this board that would need records is the banners.
