Ive tried juicers, It seems inefficient to me. Dont you think?

Anyway, I havent owned one yet, but I hear the Jack Lalanne Juicer is the shit

http://www.powerjuicer.com

My issues are with getting all the good juice out of the pulp .... right?

Well apparently this one eliminates that issue... A friedn had one and said it worked way better than any normal juicer.

Thats all I know.... I wanted to juice the shit out of things and makes smoothies, but i bought a juicer and it fuckin sucked.... so... Coffee n apples....

:2 cents:

Spunky 08-06-2007 07:40 PM

My girlfriend's dad is a distributor. It's basically an MLM thing with three products. Good stuff. I've been taking it for three weeks and I see and feel the difference.

Retails for 45. You drink 2-4 ounces per day. 1 bottle lasts we two weeks.

I bought some from one going out of business. $25 plus shipping. It tastes like blueberries.

This would be a great addition to that. My girl's dad did it for two weeks and lost 20 lbs...cleaned out his system.

Holler any time. I'll always have some on hand. I'm feeling much better since adding it to my diet.

dapanther99 08-06-2007 08:10 PM

I have one of these and it fucking rocks. It comes apart a lot easier and you can put it in the dishwasher. I bought mine from a Wal Mart and I love it...

Do you have JambaJuice or PlanetSmoothie in your area?

http://www.jambajuice.com/
http://www.planetsmoothie.com/

DateDoc 08-06-2007 08:24 PM

I have this one - http://www.williams-sonoma.com/produ...r&cm%5Fsrc=SCH
but cleaning any juicer is a pain. This one has a lot of dishwasher safe parts so that helps but some parts still have to be hand washed.

the one I'm looking at isn't centrifugal it's an augur.. easier to clean and very effective, plus you can use it to make pasta and stuff, even walnut or almond butter, does wheat grass too. http://www.amazon.com/Omega-Juicer-M.../dp/B0002OKDT2

You must have missed out on MetaMan's and my late night juicing threads.

I had a Jack LaLanne and my friend knocked the damn thing off my counter and destroyed it. It actually broke one of the travertine tiles in my kitchen and I had to get a tile guy out to repair it, lol.

I ended up getting an Omega 4000 and paying a lot more, although, I don't necessarily like it that much better. It's still a good machine. The one you linked looks good, especially if you want to do more leafy stuff that isn't naturally very juicy. Hard to get much out of that type stuff, with a centrifugal juicer.
