I read this story and it reminded me of fishing out at a fishing club when I was a kid. Someone in the distance was shooting a .22 and the bullets were hitting the water all around us. That was scary as hell. I feel horrible for that kids family.

Wow, thats unbelievable. The first thing that officers are taught is to watch their backstop, meaning, make sure that you know what's behind what you're shooting at in case you miss. This cop deserves to tried for 2nd degree murder and go to prison for a long time.

More likely he was an old hillbilly cop without much of an education. Did not know steroids caused murder?!?
