- 3+ years of solid PHP programming experience. (v4.x - v5.x).
- 1+ years of database programming experience (MySQL).
- Ability to adapt to new situations and quickly learn new technologies.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.

Wish-list of additional skills/experience:
- Experience with OOP (Object Oriented Programming).
- Experience creating scalable/modular code.
- Experience with database design/creation (normalization, scalability)
- Strong in SQL. (joins, sub-queries, stored procedures, trigger usage)
- Experience with Javascript/Ajax.
- Experience with CSS.

This is what you can expect from iWantU.com:

is costa rica the owned by the US? do you need a passport to go there?

no, Costa Rica is not owned by the US.

i believe you need a passport to enter most countris, to prove your country of origin, but dependent on your country of origin, you may not need visa stamp.

no, Costa Rica is not owned by the US.
