NEW YORK - An ice cream truck parked in front of a junior high school was offering up cocaine and marijuana along with the soft serve, police said.


A police search of the vehicle uncovered a loaded pistol along with the drugs, police said Friday after arresting 26-year-old Jermaine Jordan on charges including criminal possession of a weapon near a school and criminal sale of a controlled substance near a school.

There was no listed number at Jordan's address, and it was not immediately clear whether he had a lawyer.

No joke I've heard of that plenty of times. I am sure now a days its not something you'll see or hear about all the time, but it def happens. I know a few people who have scored a bag of weed from ice cream trucks around here in NY, nothing more then that though. As for him sitting in front of a junior high school that is insane, doesn't he know he would do alot better in front of a high school? :1orglaugh joking of course, people are pretty fucking stupid sometimes, kids are fucked up as it is now a days, they don't need to be introduced to drugs at such an early age, as matter of fact they shouldn't be introduced to them at all!
