I can think of several who keep coming back regardless of how many times GFY admin tells them to get the fuck out and stay out.

my guess would be that he is coming in off an aol block, banning the ip would prob ban half of people coming or trying to come in from aol.

thats my guess. i am sure the mods know where he is originating from. if it was as simple as a static ip it would be banned.
