I could be mistaken, but it seems like a kinda cool template on a WordPress base. If it felt more from scratch and did subdomains and that sort of thing, you might get some buyers at the higher price point. As is, I think you've got a script like some of the less full-featured TGP scripts, where someone would buy it to toss something up on a parked domain, but probably it is not going to be the bedrock of a really big site. Honestly, if the pricing were more in the $50 zone, I'd probably pick up a copy from time to time.
