I guess NastyDollars just added hosted FPAs, does anyone else offer these or hosted half-page ads?

Hmmm, why would you want those? Personally ive never liked them, cause if i host them myself i can put my own "continue" link, maybe an exit console or whatever.

Sure, but if you host the FPA's yourself, you have a better chance at keeping the traffic that isnt interested. But, hey, if affiliates want it, i'll give it to them, i just dont understand why. LOL
