You're right, of course. It just annoys me how even fairly big and respected sites seem to completely ignore the very basics of business ethics. I mean, someone in that company actually thought this was a good idea.
And it just doesn't hurt them (although it does hurt them - maxglamour.com, another site of theirs, has no 2257 links, and in case of a lawsuit the "under 18 click here" link going to an adult site would certainly not help their case), it hurts the entire industry.
It isn't just about this site or company, of course. Sometimes it just seems like there are almost no adult companies that understand that this type of behaviour gives loads of ammunition to anti-porn lobbyists.
