we did phone sex billing with them..but then we got told that is was not allowed..so unless something has changed..I think you may be out of luck

Na.. CCBill, even if they did process, are not the platform for billing of international traffic to max the potential. There are other FTC problems within the US which may be a deterrent.

BTW... Any audiotext companies out there offering international lines, no fraud, online stats and standard contracts?
