A public statement and apology from Tracy/Fantasy Content
 

Hi everyone Tracy here.

I’d like to take a few moments to both explain and apologize for what has happened recently with Fantasy Content and my clients. This is a touchy subject as it involves personal matters that involve my family and I hope everyone can respect I am trying to work this out for the best in a tough situation. Anyone who conducted business with me prior to this knows I always took care of everything, and our dealings were solid, yes I admit sometimes orders were slow and I am sorry for that.

I fully understand that this situation is no ones problem but my own, but I do feel I owe at very least an explanation as to the recent allegations and events and to everyone who has been hurt by this.

I have just recently discovered that over the course of the past year and most recently the past couple of months that my husband who is also my business partner has been very dishonest with both me and our clients. His actions lead me to believe that he has a drug problem as all the signs point to this.

Recently he will disappear for days at a time leaving me and our children and when he returns he always has some crazy story, I have found that he was using my ICQ number to cut deals while I am not home, and sell content that he had no right, documentation, or authority to sell.

This is very hard for me as he normally dealt with the producers and all of our legal issues, I took care of sales and tech issues, so I had no idea some of the deals we were offering we not legit. He flat out lied to producers and used my ICQ as well to make me look bad as well.

Our Landlord even contacted me within the last week to notify me that we are three months behind in our rent and that he was sick of my husband’s stories. After checking he emptied all of our savings accounts, pay pal, epass, everything. I am honestly sitting here with zero cash, and to make it worse he left me with my daughter and son with no money to take care of them. You really think you can trust someone and then they do this to you.

I have been a wreck this past week, and am trying to pick up the pieces and after speaking with friends felt this was the best way to try and clear my name as much as I can and try to get back to doing business. He has with no remorse ruined my once good name.

I am open to working out any resolution with anyone that is owed, and I am very sorry that this has happened. I do not have any money to offer right now, but if I have any content you do not have from my store I can first offer that, I am willing to work this off however possible, I am looking to have new content packs available as well and can help generate money back to you by any means necessary, I just need to feed my children as well.

I promise to answer all icq’s and e mails and work with you to the best of my ability during this very hard time. This is a family and personal matter, that has now turned into a business matter and I am sorry for that. I do ask that people do respect my privacy as I try to sort both my life and business out. And I hope we can come to a resolve and I can move on to clearing my name. I just ask that you be patient with me as this is a very trying time.

Tracy this is insane to read, I knew something had to be up a bit ago as you were just acting off on icq.

Anyways I hope something works out for you, I just shot you off some cash I had in epass, I hope it helps a bit, if I had more there I'd send it. If you get more content from anyone i'll buy it.

I bought some content from you... but for the life of me, I don't know if I dealt with you or your husband.

Plus, if you are using the same ICQ as in the past and have the same Epassport accounts, etc., then I would not deal with you any more.

Sorry to say this... but the real Tracy has to stand up and be recognized. An ICQ message to me asking for help is not enough... because you are saying it was your husband that did all those crappy deals.

So how do you know to contact me?

I would help you... especially your children... but no one will know who they are helping when dealing ICQ and internet.

My first impression way before everyone started having problems was that Tracy was leaving Leroy and selling off the store as quickly as possible.

Whenever I paid Tracey money it went to Leroy Trolley account and his business was registered in an office a few doors up from me in England.

I've done some good deals, and are only waiting for the licence in return (sent it in email). Other than that Im all good.

the last deal on the asian content that was me (Tracy) and the deal we made was legit so u have nothing to worry about there

other then icq the only other way to verify its me is to call you....i also think those of my customers i actually talked to about other things besides the the content we were selling can tell the difference between him and me on icq

as long as u didnt buy the she male pack u are fine all the content is legal

It is nice to see some honesty at last in all of this.

I have stayed pretty much silent on the problems being aired thus far, and was garnering the information required to go hard to get my specific problem fixed.

Your post came at a VERY good time to avoid that.

I will speak to you during the week and we can work out the best solution for my specific issue, but rest assured, having now told the truth, we'll work it out.

Good for you for coming clean the way you have - a wise man once said to me "If you tell the truth you only get in trouble once" and I have lived my life by that maxim.

I can assure everyone Jace and others that you are 100% speaking to Tracy. She is having a horrible time, I sent her and confirmed it was her yesterday money to buy food and etc. I think in the time of crisis she is having she's really not in a position to open a new epass account and etc.

Would be nice if you follow your ICQ history and post here all people that your husband tricked ! I would be glad to know who was tricked and get in touch with these persons. Would you be able to do this?

You can start clearing your name following the history and solving the problem with each person tricked.

It sucks that I'm so jaded but I've seen shit like this so many times before.

Sorry you got ripped off but it wasn't me it was my husband/wife/boyfriend/girlfriend/business partner with an alcohol/drug/gambling problem.

I want to make things right but I can't give you your money back, the best I can do is let you download more content. (content which at least one producer has come to GFY and said the license isn't valid for)

BTW, since my husband/wife/boyfriend/girlfriend/business partner spent all of the money on their alcohol/drug/gambling problem, my kids need food/medicine/electricity so please give me some work (read: donations) for the children.
