ICQ 2002a- CAN"T CONNECT!

Anyone know why I'm getting a Message 46 code on ICQ and can't connect. I've tried firewall settings and changing everything. If anyone has had this trouble and fixed it let me know. :thumbsup

I had the same problem, so I downloaded Trillian instead, wich has ICQ build in. Works just as well.
