Stolen content in paysite

How does this work legally?
http://sites.adult-empire.com/4758/

The content on this site is collected amatuer photos with no model release or anything, some images are stolen from other paysites.

This is how it works: after a few C&Ds, the people that run the site in question blame it on a roque designer and redo it with licensed content.

not slamming you or siding with AE but how do you know there are no model releases and that there are stolen images from other paysites ?

it always helps if you say
the image found at site.com/12.jpg belongs to _____ they do not have permission to use this picture, here is the statement from the content owner that clearly states the image/s are not licensed to use.

I cant think of any paysite that displays model release forms on its front page

So true, also wondering how people can say it's stolen without any prove. It's so easy to say. And, if the site owner isn't american, why should he link or remind to the document stuff?
