Must Apply For New Bank Account Online ... Recommendations?
 

I need a new personal bank account based outside of my new country of residence, Malta.

Could someone recommend a bank for personal international banking, that will allow me to join online, as opposed to in person?

I'd also like to encourage my wife to get an account. She currently has no bank account, however, so perhaps it will be a problem.
