Sarah_MaxCash how do you come up with all these threads?

Literally every day there's a thread started by you about the best sitcom, the saddest movie, the best music album ever, the most underrated artist etc

I can look at the thread titles and I know there are started by you !

are you really interested in all that? well, I assume must be...

who 08-02-2007 05:14 AM

Maybe she just wants someone to talk to. :(

bizarrejan 08-02-2007 05:17 AM

maybe she is genuinely interested in finding out about people, in this superficial industry, which says more than some of the stupid threads that are started by other people

Actualy you are very predictable in latest time.

Blue Player 08-02-2007 05:30 AM

She is female. My wife constantly asks me what my favourite sitcom is when I dont even watch the TV.

Trust me it is just in them.

Casa Nova 08-02-2007 05:31 AM

meh who cares, aslong as she's posting something even a little bit worth while then good for her.

Probably some sort of quota. You don't get 26k + posts by only posting business.

NEVER made such thread :2 cents:

Sarah_Jayne 08-02-2007 06:24 AM

When it comes down to the films, tv shows, music, politics, etc then yes it is because I am interested in them. I have a music and film geeks and a political junkie. So, it is always good to chat about those things but it has to be an aspect of those topics that I am interested in for real or I wouldn't be able to actually chat in the thread. For example, you aren't likely to see me starting a 'the best boy band ever' thread because I would bore myself.

As far as topics in general go, I am naturally a pretty inquisitive person. Maybe it is too many years spent as a sociology and journalism student and being taught to question everybody about everything ..lol.

It is true that part of my job is to be visible and I would rather do that with posting threads on things that interest me than just typing 'me too' in every thread. Of all the claims that can possibly be made against me one can't be that I make those kind of posts :)

I have also been around this industry (and this board) for a long time. So, when I start buisness threads, I like them to be on aspects where I think I can learn but also help..so fetish, micro-niche (which is what I do a lot of on my own sites), blogs, avs, etc.

Plus, if you are going to be working with people in the industry it helps if you know them a bit as people and by discussing film, music and even the 'are you this or that' type questions I get to know personalities a bit more outside of which type of girl they would 'hit'. I find that makes for making better industry relationships and also makes doing affiliate support for Max Cash now and Webinc/Wishing.com in the past more enjoyable because the person is an actual person to me and not just an account.

Anyway, thanks for putting my name in lights for a bit :)

and I would have a ton more if I did the 'me too' posts but it would bore me beyond the point worth doing it. Plus, I pretty much always have too much of an opinion to just type 'me too'.

There is quite a pattern in your posts, making you one of the few guys one can actually make a psychological pattern of based of GFY postings. :2 cents:

interesting, but I guess I indeed started posting openly far more stuff in last year which could theoritically be interpreted in a way which would allow you to describe my personality

so... who do you think I am, based on my posts?

Similar in type but not content ;) I sometimes am amazed I don't repeat thread topics that much after all these years.

FreeHugeMovies 08-02-2007 07:40 AM

To be honest, I don't think he started the thread out of disrespect. More a case that the two of us haven't had much interaction on the board or off so he was just curious about who I was. No biggie.

tranza 08-02-2007 08:19 AM

She's either bored or trying to keep her sig/name in evidence.

:2 cents:

J. Falcon 08-02-2007 09:04 AM

I liek her threads :)

Peaches 08-02-2007 12:29 PM

Sarah has ALWAYS been chatty like this, she has no need to reach a "quota". I personally like her threads, (and her) they are interesting and thought provoking.

Plus I bet she reads all the current events while she's in the bathroom ;)

Scott McD 08-02-2007 12:31 PM

Amazing how nobody ever questions Juicy making 20 threads a day which aren't actually about anything...

LOL...that is more true than you would really want to know. We get a local newspaper through our front doors and I don't think I have ever read it anywhere but in the bathroom.

_Richard_ 08-02-2007 01:03 PM

well, it seems a thread about someone elses thread has garnered a great deal of attention, so i guess you have nothing to complain about! :)

She actually reads, pays attention, and answers relevantly. Plus, she never tells anybody to fuck off or go suck a cock, even though I know she's thinking it a lot of the time. That's a skill I haven't mastered yet. :1orglaugh
