can i have probs with my hosting if i'm building optin list ?
 

The thing is like that, i want to let my users the option to subscripe to newsletter which will be sent every day or someting like that, it'll be optin ofcurse... but i'm sure that if i have alot of registers there will be some stupid ppl who would forget that they subscriped and send an abuse complain to my hosting company or someting like that.

What can i do about it ?

Yes you can.

If you keep records of the IPs of people opting in and all logs possible you will be fine.

Play nice and you will stear clear.

Store their IP address, Time/Date, and site url. Then when they bitch (which they will) you have solid proof.

Any script that i can buy which let the users optin while saving all of this information about them ?

I've been running a double opt in list for over 2 years and used three different hosts and I've had no problems.

I dont track IP's or dates and times, but i make sure they can opt out very easily.
