I have 30 million solid pageviews a month, 50% search engine traffic. I have 2 websites im trying to release that need a redesigned frontend and a touch up of the features. Im going to use my existing brands to leverage the new brands and the programmer who works with me will own a percentage of the newly leveraged websites.

Not to sound like a skeptic but if you're that successful can't you afford to hire a programmer to do what you require and keep 100% of the profits?

I like to make relationships with people. I can afford a programmer but I rather limit my downside risk by getting a partner. All projects require risk and even if its very successful to me, 66% is as good as 100%

Even when I am more successful I like to build up partner networks to invest in real estate and build hedge funds. I just do the porn business because I sold my mainstream businesses, though im getting back into the mainstream I have major projects being worked on in various levels.

I dont have ICQ. I use Gaim that uses a bunch of programs hooked together.
