Is it legal for epassporte to pay proven scammers?

You send a transaction to someone via epassporte

Person rips you off, you have proof.. solid proof..

Epassporte refuses to send the money back, refuses to look into the matter, refuses to close the users account, pays the user anyways.

For some reason that doesn't seam legal, having no dispute resolution at all. Acting as an accessory to theft.

I am sure the courts would lean more towards the legitimate clients end instead of the fradulaunt one (the opposite of what epassporte does).

Epassporte processes gambling transaction in the US which are illegal. Think they care about someone breaking the law?

Masterchief 08-02-2007 12:20 AM

it shouldn't be epassporte's job to play judge and juror

western union has the same policy, and they've been around forever

You send money to someone willingly. What's epassporte's problem? Go after the fucking scammer and chop his head off, as he deserves.
I hope you nail the cocksucker.

TeenCat 08-02-2007 01:40 AM

why are you sending money to scammers?

SmokeyTheBear 08-02-2007 01:46 AM

epassporte doesnt "pay" people..

people convicted of fraud can still have bank accounts , and can still get paid for work thru their bank account..

I'm no fan of many of epassporte's biz methods but they are not a court system.

I empathize with you but cant agree with you here.

Heres a MUCH better way of going about it and having a legit beef.

Contact your local police and file a report , THEN complain if epassporte is not helpfull in solving the matter with the police.

the local "bank of america" would not help you in the above post you made , but they would help you catch the criminal if you went to the police to investigate it and they went to the bank to get details.
