There's a lot more that goes into a site like that than a simple "script". You'd need to have a backend application that persists connections to AIM and queues incoming events.

So be prepared to hire a "real" programmer and pay $$$$ to have this done.

What happened? Did you email the people who wrote the script you want to copy and they refused to sell it to you?
