thumbnail programs
 

I am looking for a thumb nail program where i can load the large picture
insert the size i want and it lets me select what part of the picture i want to make the thumbnail

ive seen some tgp scripts do this but i need it for my desktop ;x

FastStone allows that, and it's free. It's a bit tricky though, as it requires one additional step to resize cropped images. Other than that it's lighting fast
