Dude, they have an RSS feed of their recent sales. Obviously as a buyer you wouldn't buy from them if that was a problem, or you'd negotiate for some discretion, which must not have happened here. So, no problem, right?

To me, discretion is a given. I would have thought they'd ask the buyer if they'd like to be included in the list rather than simply announcing the sale on a public forum. But that's just me. I'm sure it's not an issue for the buyer.

It says right in our terms that we publish our sales. That is very common actually. Safeway bought a domain from HuntingMoon and did not mind it being published. In the event somebody wants to make it secret, that's fine with us.
