question about selling site
 

I had someone email interested in buying one of my sites, I wasn't thinking of selling it, but I thought I would ask you guys/gals what you think it would be worth. The site is http://www.the67.com/main.php it would come with all the content, plus more I haven't posted yet, and I would give the person the flash files and or edit them, because the new files have affiliate codes in them so when the end-user downloads them, it has my ref codes in the file....it doesn't get a ton of traffic(around 2000-2500 uniques a day)....just curious a ballpark figure that it might be worth....

what is the verifiable monthly income over the last 6 months?

it doesn't make much, maybe $25-40 a day-it's hard to know exactly since I use the same ccbill codes on all my sites, a ton of work went into it, and I eventually will grow it more. But like I said, I wasn't really looking to sell it so if I was going to entertain an offer from this person it would have to be on the potential it has rather than how much it has made in the past. Not sure if that is realistic though and I just have no idea what it would be worth based off that.

You should sell it for more than it's worth to you, and as much as they're willing to pay - naturally.

Id like to get as much as possible. I spent alot of time making the content on the site and its all exclusive to that site, I just don't even know a ballpark on what the limit is I could ask for it.

it has 42 older flash games and animations, and 9 newer ones that have the affiliate codes acually in the file(kind of a neat deal where there are a bunch of different sites/ref codes to a variety of sponor programs so they are still infront of the surfers face-even when they are not at my site) and I think I have around 20 more newer ones I am trying to finish up. As far as scripts, I have the cjultra traffic trading script and thats about it.
