the admin panel doesn't work and some sites on my dedicated server too but not all my sites. I think it's a problem with a dns server...not sure...

My sites seem to be back up: virtual & dedicated.

yeah, *.webair.com didn't resolve for a while...
works fine now.

Half of my sites on my dedicated are down, half are up. It makes no fucking sense. I can't get to the control panel either. I'm connected to my dedicated box by SSH right now, so I know it's not a network issue. I'm sick of this shit.

agree it was prolly dns related. was about to change name servers before ringing the alarm.

Seems to be back up now. Was only a couple of minutes. So I'd call that a quick response to a problem that came up.

Shit is always gonna happen. Having the tools and system in place to recover quick is what counts.

I think it's time for Webair to invest in some more DNS servers since it's obvious this was a DNS issue.

wasn't dns =)) One of our providers were having network issues that effected networks on the west coast. We shut down the provider until they confirm the issue is resolved and replaced it with an alternate provider until they fix to their issue. Apologies for the inconvenience. It was not a global should have only effected a few clients and should be fine now. If you are still having issues please goto webair live person or call in 1.866.WEBAIR1

This made the second time I had sites down with Webair in 2 weeks.
