Ok actually I kind of find this strange.
They are cutting 800 jobs and thats just 15% of the staff.

Does that site even need 20 people to run it??

i interviewed with them once in Chicago. I received a better job offer from another company.

well, at least there is a good chance of being hired right away

Im sure 20 people could run it just fine. The problem is they hire retards so it takes 3,000.

Monster Worldwide also owns one of the world's largest recruitment advertising agencies, TMP Worldwide, they're pretty huge.

so they are cutting jobs? friend of mine just got a promotion there to a regional director.. will see what happens to him after this..

That company basically prints money. They are HUGE indeed.
