ROI on website translation?
 

We are looking at putting some money into translating our websites including the possibility of mirroring our affiliate program. I was wondering if anyone has tried this and if it worked out well for them. Especially the Asian market.

I know some people who did it just in Spanish and French and they reckon they easily made the money back. They also started to get alot better convertions and hence more affiliates.

I believe it is well worth it.

yes depending on where your traffic is coming from having translated sites is huge. someone who cant understand english will not, or will have quite a bit of trouble signing up. By having multi-lingual sites you increase your potential customer base substantially. You could also redirect your foreign traffic to some high converting multi-lingual sites like Dvd-Explorer.com or Sex-Explorer.com.
