You have to live in the U.S., a low-tax state (NV) being preferred
You are able to run our U.S. subsidiary from your existing home/office, including a dedicated phone line and company nameplate.
Even though there will be no customer traffic in this office it's supposed to be a room which is looking like an office - not your bedroom :)
