hmm, there's a few things about that article that disturb me...

My question is why the hell would the parents want to do that? Imagine the kid as he's raised? Probably be shot on a schoolyard or something just for his name. I'm guessing they just want the publicity.

I think its interesting that Turkey is a muslim nation and it is being considered to become a member of the European Union.

If I was an EU citizen I wouldn't want Turkey to be in the EU, but it probably will, then muslims will run rampant all over Europe.

I read today that 75% of the boys born in northern Algeria since sept 11 are named Osama.

Go figure.

On another tangent, a few years back there was a young couple in Japan who had a kid. They successfully named the baby boy "Akuma". Akuma is the equivilant to naming a kid Lucifer in the states.

I think that kid should grow up and get the best education around. You know, that one public school in downtown New York.. you know, the one next to that one firehouse and police station..
