I love that show ..

I love that show, they also had the waiter pose as a chef and make meals for under $10 and sold it to them for like $50 a plate, telling them that it was some kind of specialty.

my guess is the minerals they add to it, almost all bottled water adds minerals for taste.

take tap water, boil it, bottler it, refrigerate it and you will see how "pure" it'll taste. If you actually believe that bottle water is "glacier water" or some other bullshit they feed you than you deserve to get ripped off.

There's a place near my house that has spring water that I can get free at any time. I can go there, grab a shit load of water, bottle it and sell it as "water from the Himalayan mountains" or some shit and people would buy it up like it was gold.

I dont believe its "Glacier fresh", but I know it tastes better. I always noticed a taste in tap water that made my stomach sour. and even when I would get those Brita pitcher filters I wouls still taste it.

I buy poland spring gallons and dont taste it.
So if I have to pay $1.29 a gallon for them to boil it for me then I guess Ill pay it.

boil your water than refrigerate it and you will see how better it will taste.

Pepsi company just got there asses served to them in court - they have to label DASANI water as tap water now - because that IS where it comes from!!!

BTW, they've never denied that it was just filtered tap water.

The most expensive part of bottling coke is the water, because it has to be exactly the same at every plant in the world so the taste of the soda is the same.
They figured if they were spending that much money making the water perfect, they might as well bottle it too and sell it.

Penn and Teller rock, saw them last month when I was in Vegas. Great show.

Out of all of the different brands of water out there, i think dasani tastes terrible. It really has a distinct taste, to me anyhow.
