San Diego, CA - Nine days of fighting to clear his innocent name has paid
off for Frank Bongiorno as ibill has resumed processing for

With zero evidence to support her claims, Attorney General Jennifer
Grahnholm threatened BillCards, CardBilling, CCbill, EAN Enterprises d/b/a
LancelotSecurity, iBill, and Trust-Bill, that their actions in providing
access to and collecting proceeds from members on behalf of "fee-based"
child pornography websites constituted aiding and abetting child porn
distribution, which is in violation of Michigan law.

"ibill may have acted hastily by shutting off my site but appears now to be
doing the right thing," a relieved Bongiorno said. "I feel that my
character as a businessman and as a person has been damaged by the Attorney
General's false accusations, and I intend to follow through with legal
action. I'm going to do what I can to help protect my fellow webmasters and
photographers from similar actions in the future."


A large percentage of Bongiorno's business encompasses selling the highest
quality Barely Legal content to legitimate businesses both on and off the
Internet.

I dont know him but im so happy for him and its time to expose politicians trust me we can do a good job they are all dirty

We should build a site and expose what they really do with the tax money and govmt issued credit cards

Just make sure you document all those "dirty acts" and store them with your lawyer, in a safe deposit box, & over-sea's....so if they ever come to put a hit on you, your dream lives on. :thumbsup
