hi chris, that is a good point about the browser windows. my thought was, make sure to keep the surfer at my site as long as possible. i put up little seperate browsers for the little extras that my site offers. they are easy to get rid of. once that surfer clicks on the x baby, its all over and who knows if you will ever get them back. anyone else agree with chris on this issue? thanks for your input chris.

My initial reaction would be to spice up the enter page a little bit, but if you change pictures on it be sure to keep one where you are smiling.

Make the agree/enter button stand out more.

I agree with the others . . . don't see why you are popping so many windows.

Last, your free tour flows wrong (to me anyway). The first page is about your webcam, but then you have all the other crap about other girls and couples. I'd move that to the VERY END of your tour, so that all of YOUR webcam, video, and picture stuff comes first. Most guys joining your site do so because of you - not the extras :)

I think the site looks good, but personally, and it's nothing that hasn't been mentionned above, I got annoyed by the pop-ups and the java errors.

I haven't checked out your webmasters area, but do you provide them with content to promote with? The pictures are nice so the content can sell (let's face it, you're a hottie!) So if you're giving webmasters some good tools to work with, on TGPs alone you should be able to get good traffic. Then, do like eRock suggested, work hard on Search Engines. Especially Google.

But I often notice the first mistake girls make when doing their own sites is too much free pics pages to browse. I would put the JOIN right in their face. I found myself looking at your pics on the right of the page first and then got the urge to click around a bunch on your free preview and schedule pages. The guys who hit your site are going to really want to join, so the faster you get them to the join page, the better!

not spam at all. the reson is people on this board bring up very good points. for example, i didnt even realize that i had error scripts on my site. im going to fix those. i love hearing good and bad. it makes me grow. but i also have to keep in mind that my conversion rate is crazy high. so i dont want to ruin a good thing. thats all.
