Ibill CONTINUES to fuck up!
What the fuck am I supposed to do with THIS BULLSHIT!
http://www.asswatcher.com/grafx/bullshit/ibill.jpg Ibill has been fucking up, and fucking up, and fucking up! With totally no regard for the webmaster at all! Its like dammit man, I know better but still havent switched companies because of the "hassle" involved. :( ..... plus I think having quiets last monthly statement as my motivational screen saver has something to do with the reluctancy to switch to. Fuckin Ibill :321GFY |
Too many buttons and options again ... i'm stoopid too :arcadefre
|
yeah I say fuck ibill too. They owe me several hundred dollars and they sent me the same email reply to me that they sent to someone else with their name on it with my original email in it..dipshits
|
I think IBill should change it's name to "IFuck".
|
I had one week without problems
and now the blow it again. processing behind plus rebills behind. Plus they have the worst support. E-mail them and be sure your e-mail will get lost in cyberspace. I give them 1 or 2 more years They'll get trouble with processing "illegal" sites plus nobody will let them get away with not paying for the web900 |

I switched from I-Bill last week after dealing with their incompetent support and lack of follow-up. I am even removing the I-Bill module from my billing / member management software. I wrote a new CC Bill module for it in less than an hour and was up and live and working processing with CC Bill which so far has not only made me more money, but they actually process credit cards for me and support is at least competent.

There are too many declines and arbitrary membership cancellations. I am beginning to think they cancel accounts after a few months just because their algorithm says the probability of a chargeback increases if a member stays on for more than 3 months. It is a daily occurance that we get an email from a client saying they never cancelled, but they no longer have access. Moving to another processor is easy if you have a small site, it is impossible if you have more than 1k members. Sigh. |

You pay 25%, I wish I was your rep. I do give a dam about you, that's why I reply. The web900 money, I leave that to our legal dept. Hey, I will give the folks at the Florida office a heads up on the detailed revenue issues. |

15% -- Ibills greedy ass cut Basically 25% of every dollar I earn. While you're at it telll the folks at the Florida office to KISS MY ASS to! *shaking head* fuckin rookies:321GFY |
damn you a sassy one wouncie ;)
now did you get that affiliate program open yet? |
I think its very cool that a very large company like iBill have the balls and the commitment to reply to a hostile and immature thread like this one, in an attempt to make it clearer for those of us who clearly have no fucking clue.
:2 cents: |
a 10% holdback every week? with a 15% fee? That's craziness
The only reason that I didn't go with Ibill when I first started was because it was easier to setup with CCbill. I'm glad that shit happened. 14.5% fee and 5% holdback = 19.5% which is a BIG difference from 25%. And that isn't even including the money that goes to the affiliates every week. Even though you're getting your holdback refunded, that extra 0.5% every week extra that Ibill is charging has to add up like a muthafucka. thank God I never got mixed up with Ibill |

Why doesn't iBill realize that all they need is a BETTER SYSTEM. You guys have like how many customers? How many offices? Yet your website is in pieces. That's your fucking MONEY MACHINE!!!Lose that and you lose profits. Profits are supposed to go UP. By GAINING customers. You are LOSING customers. You are poisoning your own drinking water.
I honestly think our website is more functional than yours, and we're a couple kids with highschool educations. Shame on you. People in here rely on you, you are like their bank. If you went to your bank looking for YOUR money and they said "Talk to our legal team" how the fuck would you feel? Hire a leader with some passion and customer service ideas I say, someone needs to lay the fat fist down. |

My advice to you is to choose CCBILL. I'm being nice to you even though you've made it clear that you're little more than a choda licker. |

iBill have ALWAYS been the biggest merchant on the entire internet, and while we're making personal assumptions, they have been billing before you where even in this industry. Any two-bit kid with a scrap of HTML he found in his ass can hook up a CCBill page, which is why their scrub list is enormous. I have used BOTH of these companies for extensive periods of time. And all I learnt was CCBill was a lot more unreliable, and got me 35% less signups. Why should I respect you? You don't send me 6 figure wires every 2 weeks that you could set your watch by! Credit given where credits due, they've had their share of screwups. We're looking at websitebilling.com as an alternative to ibill, but at this point my techs are still testing the variance in sales figures for each merchant. |

Ibill is the biggest because they were one of the first...but it's something that you have to maintain or you don't stay the biggest for long. Ibill will learn this the hard way. |

This beef is not with you John, dont you have better things to be doing than being an asshole on this message board. I bet you have a customer on hold right now! Im just a webmaster venting to other webmasters in a place that I call home. There was no need for you to take try to come to Ibill_Cathys rescue and jump off in this fire with those gasoline draws on.... I repeat ... My gripe is not with the "clock punchers", its with Ibill as a corporation. What you need to do Slugger, is get the fuck off this message board and put your boss on the phone. As far as the Dip shits thinking I get one or two sales ... Think its a game if you want .. "Big Tymers" :321GFY |

FYI, I had to email pmsetups 3 times and after 2 weeks no reply...I finally had to call, twice before I could get a goddam password file rebuilt. Try implementing a simple automated tracking system that sends out a tracking number to webmasters that have made a request, like CCBILL does. That way the webmaster knows that you recieved the email. Oh, and when you recieve the emails, don't ignore them either....that's bad business. If I called CCBILL right now, a tech would rebuild any password file I would want, and do it right there while I'm on the phone with him/her. It's called worldclass service, something you really need to do more research on. |

Go to BED! (Its 11:00pm in Cali) , unlike us, you have to be at work tomorrow! You're such an asshole I'm starting to get the idea you don't even work for fuckbill. Because if they actually DO have assholes like you on their team it's a very sad day :( As I said before, my gripe is NOT with the "clock punchers" it's with Ibill as a corporation. This will be my last time entertaining your :2 cents: Ass! :321GFY |

So when an iBill employee with a bit of balls starts posting on a hostile thread and try to sort out problems their clients are facing, you say you want to 'ejaculate in his ass' .. You don't think that makes you seem like an immature little kid? And to bring that back to 'ccbill is better so nyah' is really credible. |
