Anyone ever had their paypal account suspended because of ADULT?
 

I have a couple of k's in there, and one of the transaction-descriptions is kinda adult related.

So I'm a bit nervous. Anyone have any negative experience with paypal?

I had one. They will send you a check and shut your account down. So you'll get your money, but it will be a pain in the ass.

What happend? Were you able to pull the money out??

You will get you money back, but be prepared to wait six months. If they close your account for TOS violations you will not get your money back for six months. It is listed in their TOS.

The first step will be to put you on limited access, where your account is not closed but you can't get to your money. you will be able to refund your last few transactions, though, if that helps.

What you need to do is provide proof that the transaction was not adult non-tangible related. An adult e-mail alone won't hurt, as paypal now processes tangible adult goods.

Better get it off your account ASAP, same with ePass.

You never know what's gonna happen.

Believe me, if they noticed you would already be on limited access. It used to be someone had to be in the office to put you on limited access but now they have an automated rick management system that does it. again, they now process tangible adult goods, so just having an adult email address send you money won't flag you. Can you give a few more details and I can tell you more?

i received hundreds of thousands form sponsors using paypal over the past few years and I haven't run into trouble yet...

I had my money in there years ago and they locked my account. Took me a long time to get my money out!

are there adult sponsors paying paypal? And what was the description of the transactions?

A sponsor paid me $27 via PayPal and I got nailed over it. The return email wasn't adult related but nothing I said would sway them, even though the site in question wasn't hardcore, just nude. They sent me the balance in my account within 6 days, but never did suspend the sponsor's account, and they still payout via PayPal

We've used Paypal for adult (photo) CDROM sales for years and never had a problem.
