More members area content or more update?
 

We are running the site with 410 videos and 1400 images sets, updating 4 videos and 5 images sets every day. Some of which is new and some rotated, all new to the members. ;)

So we are now at the target of 90 days of video scenes in "storage" waiting to go on the site. 360 videos. We are still producing new at the rate of 4-5 a week and my question is this.

What's best. Increase the rotation time? Increase the size of the site? Add more new content every day?

The more the merrier, but dont spoil them TOO much lol. Sounds like you update enough to keep the members happy. 410 vids and 1400 imagesets should be good for a GOOD load of jerking off :)

I was wondering if more videos the member has not seen will keep him, already doing 4 a day, will 5 a day keep them longer?

Or just increase the rotation time.

Just a side question... when you say 4 videos a day, are you referring to one scene cut up or 4 full length scenes a day featuring a different girl? If it's the latter, then rock on... that's great!

I update about 2 full length scenes a week along with a new photo set a day and since I changed to that structure, my retention raised a substantial amount.

I also put an update calendar in my members area that shows the daily updates I have prepared until February of 2008.

I prefer to think of it in terms of quality over quantity. However, if you got both...you're ahead of the curve.

I'd sooner post a high-quality update with perhaps fewer images than a mediocre one with a lot more sub-standard pics.

The same would apply to video, of course.

Nothing stops you from trying it both ways, though. Keep data on the results and tweak the updates as you see fit.

Damn, 9 new sets every single day???

That's a bit too much if you ask me....
