The User Manuals of aWIZ scripts is a part of intellectual property, which is provided only to the clients.
If you was the guy who several times today asked us to send him Manual to unauthorized email address, would be fine if you could say here "problem was solved when I have contacted them from authorized email".
Also let me make a note regarding "suppport is taking ages to get to me" - all requests even from unauthorized emaill was responded A.S.A.P. - if it was you of course:)
