Porn Tube Site (how to) please help
 

I would like to start up a tube porn site.
I need someone to help guide me in the right directions to accomplish this.
I would like the following on my site:
Front page 18+ only enter/exit.
New videos
Channels
Upload
Search
Top rated
Banners to dating/sexual toys

I also need to know what is the best video player out there.I dont want one where the video has to load and buffer slow!
I want one where the video plays through smoothe!
Also at the end of each video I want the link clickable to the sponsor for the surfer!

Also What scripts could accomplish this entire package?

I will need sponsors who can provide video content in mins from 1 to 10 with clips(approved)I am not looking to make a torrent site just a good tube site.

If you have any info on how I can do this let me know.

P.S. I am also in the U.S. and I am not sure if I can legally make a site like this because of all the new 2257 propaganda.What would be my best route here?(especially with surfers uploading homemade clips).

The liability with upload was avoided but it can be added if enough webmaster desired it.

Why make "another Pornotube" site? How much of market are you aiming for?

Most people know pornotube, and youtube, but how many pornotube-like sites are out there? Do they even make more than $100/month? What is their business goal? I never understood this.

One good idea grabs 50-60% of the market, the leftovers are split between 500-1000 copycats. Why spend money on being the 1001?

Then why open any porn site? It's not like there isn't competition already.

I was thinking on this myself a bit and came to the conclusion that (more surfers getting what they want=more bookmarks=more possible sales)
TGP is a thing of the past and not worth the time and effort involved unless already established for some time.
Blogs are useless and boring to the surfer(no one cares what is written about anything)all surfers want is to be able to see what they want for free and this type of site I think accomplishes it fairly quick.

That is a simple site.

I will build some better examples, but I wanted to get the idea of what it will look like for someone who has very little HTML skills.

The best part of this script is that you can import 2000 vids right off the bat and you can dump you sponsors FHG URL into the script and strip all the videos out and display them on your site.
