Bomb explosion on Tour De France route?

The BBC just said there was an explosion on the Spanish portion of the route after a phoned in thread. Anybody else (from Spain or France maybe) have more on the story?

Was already some time ago...Some small bombs from the ETA went off. They called, and no damage was done

Good..I listen to BBC news radio and they just dropped it in as a 'oh btw there has been a bomb'. So, I figured either they didn't know the full details or nobody was hurt. I also figured it was ETA.
