Unbelievable. 13 yr old boys face sex trial for slapping girls ass

Two middle-school students in Oregon are facing possible time in a juvenile jail and could have to register as sex offenders for smacking girls on the rear end at school.

crazy country. i dont know if thats happenned only in america, but thanks god that cant be happenned in my country! fuck that girl and her parents

kane 07-25-2007 01:17 PM

Wow. I just read the article. If they are given probation then one of them will not be allowed to be alone with his 6 year old sibling. This is pretty crazy. I can understand punishing them. Some of the girls they slapped on the ass probably didn't care or thought it was cool/funny, but some of them probably didn't like it. But giving them probation or any kind legal punishment is crazy, these are just dumb 13 year olds. Make them apologize and go to a few classes about acceptable behaviour and things like that. But to give them probation or make them register as sex offenders is insane.

that makes too much sense for the PC fascists :thumbsup

This is why a publicly available registry of sex offenders isn't always a good thing...imagine if THIS type of offense caused you to be denied buying/renting a house in a certain area or caused your neighbors to go on a witch hunt....

not to mention that the article says as terms of a probation for a "sex offense" the kids won't be allowed to have sexual contact with anyone. they are 13. Very soon they are going to be wanting to get girlfriends and do the things you do with your first girlfriend. for these kids kissing their first girlfriend will be illegal.

This whole thing is taking place here in Oregon. We are one of the strangest states. Most of the state us uber-liberal, but we still have some backwoods areas. Something that is amazing is how this state gives the people space to make some choices but not others. We have medical marijuana and legal assisted suicide, but can't buy hard liquor in grocery stores or pump our own gas. So I can be trusted to medicate myself and determine if I want to die, but I can't be trusted to put gas in my car or buy a bottle of vodka in the same place I buy my groceries.

This case seems to be the same. These kids did something stupid and made a mistake, now suddenly we can't seem to forgive them for slapping a girl on the ass, but if one of them would have knocked a girl up the state would have given them money, food stamps, health insurance and housing assistance.

America is truly fucked.

Disgusting and sad that any law enforcement or prosecutor actually arrested a couple of kids, dumped them in custody for five days and charged them with "felony sex abuse".

All LE and adults involved should be charged with child abuse instead - they are too stupid. They have screwed these kids around and still have charges pending which have jail sentences attached - just assume any trial judge may be just as stupid.

If there is any problem or maybe "inappropriate behaviour" - and this is possible, - all children involved may need to have a chat with responsible professional (assuming they can find one who is not stupid and has a sense of balance and understanding).

The irony, as far as sexual and any other abuse of children is concerned, adults are the perps, not children. Would bet there are more than one "child offenders" (whether convicted or not) among LE, the prosecutors office and all parents involved. They need to look inwards and adopt a better attitude towards children. Sicko society...

yup, they're really overreacting in this case

Ayla_SquareTurtle 07-25-2007 03:33 PM

he's too young to face that severe a punishment, but he absolutely should be punished. Touching other people's asses is not a right, whether you're 12 or 112. Hopefully in this case the punishment will fit the "crime."

bullshit :2 cents:

Humpy Leftnut 07-25-2007 03:36 PM

Maybe instead of 13 year old girls wearing pants that say "JUICY" and "SEXY" on the ASS of them, should instead wear pants that say "FELONY"

Their principal should give them a severe talk, and give them a few months of detention. The police should have nothing to do with this.

why is that bullshit? I dont want the kid to go to jail. I don't even want him to have any sort of legal trouble or probation. Going to the principal's office and getting whatever school related, and then home related punishment would be plenty. Why is that bullshit?

It's not the U.S. that's to blame here, imho.

It's the state.

The Federal Government has no business in this affair.

But, yeah - this is one jacked up story.

notabook 07-25-2007 04:18 PM

I'm surprised they are not looking at life in prison with how PC this country has gotten. Just a decade or two ago these kids would have been looking at maybe a week of suspension after getting lectured to death. Bleh.

ok, ok - i misinterpreted your answer. but "punishment" sounds like a harsh thing - i could agree with something like letting them pick up the rubbish on the schoolyard. but nothing more than that

(i became pretty good at picking up rubbish after a couple of years at school :1orglaugh :disgust )

you know, I'm not even sure I know what PC means anymore, but "political" and "correct" never seemed like words that worked well together.

Don't forget all the OTHER things that have now been lumped into CSC (Criminal Sexual Conduct) an arrest for ANYTHING on the list subjects you to have to register as a "sex offender"

EXAMPLES:

Pissing in public is now a form of "Indecent Exposure"

If a man Slaps, Hits, Shoves etc a female he COULD be charged with a "Sexual Assult"

So, if your drunk off your ass and piss behind the store and the cops catch ya, kiss that new house or loan goodbye cause now your a fucking sex offender.

God I love our Free Country lol

Well, they did do something they shouldn't have, and the consequence to that should be a punishment in one way or another. I'm not sure exactly what the right punishment would be precisely, but jail time or even probation is obviously not appropriate here.

When I was in school, I was taught by my Dad to not take crap from anyone and would have handled this on my own in one way or another, and considering how wimpy that kid looked, I probably just would have decked him. :winkwink:

Step 1: Get a disease that can't be cured, and which is going to kill you.
Step 2: Only have a few months left to live. Very, very painful months.
Step 3: Get doctor. Explain situation.
Step 4: Have doctor get the meds which will allow you to die painlessly.
Step 5: Take meds.

yep I hate the feds, theyve been messing around where they dont belong lately. Their shutting down dispeceries in LA right now and doing it real shady because the state law allows for medical under prop 215. Down with the feds!

It's basically how Libertine explained it. If you get a terminal illness you can go to a doctor and after you prove you are making and informed decision they will prescribe you the medicine that will basically put you to sleep and kill you.

After the law was passed the Bush administration immediately challenged it and it ended up back on the ballot again and again it passed. Bush challenged it again and this time it was ruled that they could not stop it. The Bush administration has said that even though they can't stop the law they can go after the doctors who write the prescriptions, but it hasn't happened yet.
