Flirting signs
 

I have a guy at work that I am interested in but not sure if he is gay. We work outside but need to wear pants and long sleeved shirts. He was working all day today with his zipper undone for everyone (mostly guys on site) to see his underwear. His excuss was it was a hot day and needed to air himself out. Is he hitting or searching for something or just being a cocky straight guy. by the way, you could see him start to get stiff.
