I did try emailing you at the email address that you supplied me with when registering. Your site breached our TOS, using at one point 20% of the system resources of the entire server.

An hour later, system usage was still at this level, so I had to close the account. Im now available on ICQ to talk, but our TOS is pretty clear on this. It seems you were serving media files (i.e. video or music) through a shared account. I'd advise moving up to a dedicated server if this is what you need, and we can sort this for you.

This guy is a liar. First off I did not host any video files from his server. I used hardly any resources. Less then 1 gig. No emails, or warnings and he has my icq. He cost me a lot of money and I cant even login to the server to get my files. If he doesnt give me a backup tomorow morning he is going to have a huge problem with me.

You have to understand that this guy was, about 3 months ago, complaining how he got fucked for $ 20.00 by a host.

He then decided to " enter " the hosting business ...

So do the math.... and you will know why your site(s) are down .. he has no saying in that ...

I was wondering about that myself.

Word of advice... keep this stuff private.

Obviously, you remember the same thing ....

Im pretty fed up and disgusted that all you want to do on ICQ is swear and curse at me. I've got many clients who DONT abuse my service, and Ive given up on talking to you on ICQ. I do NOT appreciate been talked to like that, if i want that I can enter a chat room.

Your site was using 20% of the server's ram and CPU, on a server that holds 100 shared accounts. Your site was not terminated because of BW or HDD usage, Goodings Media has always been very honest about that. Users get the FULL amount of space and bw thta they pay for, and we can just charge an overage for small amounts, or upgrade the account for large amounts.

Your site was abusing the hardware resources of the server, and this is clearly started in our terms.

I am not interested in your websites script, so please stop threatening to hack all my small freesites. I believe such threats are criminal, and should such things occur, I have in depth details on you that I am allowed by law to pass to the police.

Your were grossly abusing the £3.99 shared hosting account, and I wish you all the luck in finding ANY shared hosting supplier who will take on your business. I did discuss our dedicated server options, but I think these were drowned in your vulgar language and criminal threats.

Im very disappointed for you that this is how you conduct business, but I personally will continue my existing practice as it seems to please many clients.

Worthless scumbag cunt. His site isnt even online today. A host should always have a backup no matter what, this idiot closed my account, and didnt even save the backup.

Automated cron job scripts are freely available for databases , and the html/images should be mirrored on another server or on your local hd.
