I do not feel that I am in any danger of losing my client base from anything that a nobody like you posts. As for Rory...He is a good guy with a fucked up temper and poor business practices that caused him a few set backs. If he had stuck to the agreement then none of this would have been an issue. Keep in mind that we have done business before under the same sort of terms and ther was never a problem. He knew the terms yet failed to follow them therefore I cancelled the deal.

You guys do not know the truth about this person and it is not my place to air his dirty laundry.

Umm what in the hell are you talking about? Why in the fuck would I pay you a shoot deposit if you werent going to shoot until 100% was done, and how unethical would you be if you let one of your customers pay a deposit for something that is being paid in full. We can post and post about anything that will take the heat off the fact that you took a shoot deposit and spent the money ...... shoot went bad (for whatever reason) and money was not there to be returned even though that money was never spent on my shoots(since not 1 happened). We already had the 'kill fee' discussion and that went nowhere.... but the fact that you dont even have the $1250 ($2000 minus all your 'fees') to return to me. That right there is a shitty business practice... you fucked up IMO. The money was delivered on a deposit basis that would be put towards my shoots, I never intented to finance an 'out of town' trip. The fact that you spent that money on something else and have no shoots and no cash is something that your potential customers should know. Show me a written agreement? There isnt one because we had an oral agreement like gentlemen, I felt that I trusted you.
