Anyone know any good betting pool software?

Specifically, the person comes to the site, picks a day and minute, then uses their email address to reserve that day and minute.

Like, pick the day and minute someone will give birth, or the day and minute jesus returns, or the day and minute Mike Hawk apologizes to Lisa Sparxxx.

Anyone know of anything that does this?
