Wow what a wonderfull English summer we have had, about 2 weeks of sunshine and two weeks of floods..excellent..god how i love England

No SHit. I thought the FLoods were just part of the Sci Fi Movie. Maybe THe city will float away.

part of the price we pay for living on a island with a lot of rivers and lakes...very sad for the people hit but it is worse than would normally happen ...by far.

Yeah this is unusual, We have more heavy rain comming in on thursday in the areas where we dont need it. This has got to be one of the worst summers we have had for a long time.

It's not much better in the Netherlands sad enough, it keeps raining here.

I heard on the news that a pregnant woman lost her unborn twins during a rescue too.

Looks like fun!! How about kayaking??
