you can use www.relationshipexchange.com but the option you are looking for is not a free option. Basically, you are part of their network and make use of their existing db of members. Should you have a lot of members and decide to sever your relationship with them you get to take your members with you. The price for getting in used to be $5k and probably still is. The fee includes a custom designed site and setup too. They do have a free option but when you leave with your site you do not get to keep your members on the free option.
