Three months ended March 31, 2007 compared to the three months ended March 31, 2006.
Net Loss. We had a net loss of $2,886,409 for the three months ended March 31, 2007 compared to a net loss of $2,630,229 for the three months ended March 31, 2006. This increased loss of $256,180 or 10% was due to increases of $1,412,657 in operating expenses and $1,262,611 in interest expense, which were partially offset by a reduction of $1,017,647 in organizational costs and a reduction in the fair value of warrant liability of $1,401,440 and an increase of $56,781 of sales. Interest expense increased in 2007 compared to 2006 as a result of increased borrowings and the amortization of deferred costs for warrants issued in connection with the borrowings. We incurred organizational costs in 2006 as a result of the reverse merger through which we acquired Old Pure Vanilla on March 13, 2006, as described in our Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 2006. Sales. Sales for the three months ended March 31, 2007 were $67,584 as compared to $10,803 for the three months ended March 31, 2006. The increase in sales is due to the continued growth in the government payment processing business and the roll out of our Pure Vanilla Card and Account services. do you personally get the credit for the losses or the $56,781 increase in sales? |
KB bro, good time to run away offline lol

OR are you just the 'unofficial' VP of a company who's somehow left your name out of their last 6 SEC filings?? (Or am I just blind today?) http://www.marketwatch.com/tools/quo...NX&sid=2340787 -Loki- |

Getting good.

I am the VP of Sales for PV not for Nimble Group.
I am not required to be in the filings and not on the Board of Directors. The losses are not do to me- the sales are. Before anyone spews about the stock price, you must comprehend how public companies work, as well as how many companies lose money their first year- Just ask Paypal- they lost $100 M their first year in Business. We are IMHO the "Adult Paypal" |

Edit...
It is a bit odd though that the company is not claiming any money spent on R&D or Advertising, if you are going to poise yourselves as the 'adult paypal' you should be spending some green on both those areas. -Loki- |

However, that was when the company thought they were a B 2 C product- I now know I was right when I told them the marketplace is B2B. |

so tell us more about PV future plans. How do you plan to capture a large % of the market to be established as the adult paypal?

Anyway it was clear you were just plugging for them as you knew nothing about what you were talking about, basically you just whored yourself for something you didn't believed in.. Makes on want to jump right into Pure Vanilla :error ... |
