Was in regards to last post I wrote it but post was deleted before i submitted:

In regards to the content issue..... over stuff I already bought. I bought his whole set of content from him a few months back. Actually met for a nice lunch at Chevys, great nachos I had :) . He said he was very pissed off at me and that I was fuckin with the wrong guy...... he then said why dont we call it even and I will not charge you the legal fees for not having the proper copyright for my content.

Also actually got to meet boneprone who happens to live damn close to me today. Very nice guy, but he can vouch for me that Iam a real person and that this isnt a joke.

Also I did call Aaron, and we talked for 10 minutes...... I dunno why , he was telling me that he was shooting some stuff for a guy right now and someone had financial set back or something and that hes busting his ass for me......... I really dont have much sympathy because the money was cashed on 7/23/02 and its 9/4/02 and I have no money, no shoots, and a guarentee that he is not going to ever shoot anything for me. He is very upset that I brought this to a public board which I really do apologize for, but Aaron has no problem admitting that he did hang up on me today cause he had 'places to be'. I just want things to be straightened out and its unfortunate that I had to post on a board to get his attention. But him sueing me for content I bought from him is just fuckin BS and that really pisses me off.

Rory, did you have a contract or do you have written correspondence with AaronM as to the terms you agreed to? If you previously bought content from him did you fill out the agreements and return them as you should for both his and your records?

Aaron, your math is a bit illogical -- at the 14k a day you claim to make you'd be making more than 3 million a year before taxes only working 5 days a week, so one would figure you had the 2k to give the kid back if you didn't shoot for him.

My other comment which went poof was that when we give girls notice not to come in, we don't pay them. If somone asked us to shoot with their props, we would not schedule girls until we had them in our hands, and if we mistakenly did schedule girls once to shoot and he didn't show with the props, we would never even think of scheduling a single model to show up without having them at that point.

Not particularly my business who did what to whom around here, but blatant inconsistencies do drive me nuts, so I'm just asking a few questions here to see if we can't all figure out what's going on since this WAS such a public thing up until someone deleted it...

2+ weeks of waiting and canceling shoots. I cancelled 5 shoots total and paid a $150 kill fee for each shoot. That's $750

Now lets add in the time spent sitting here waiting for you to return calls and emails as well as waiting for you to be here at 11am then calling at 7pm and saying you would be by the next day.

That totals 8 hours. I can shoot 4 exclusive sets in about an hour. 4x8 =32 sets times $450 per set = $14,400

$14,400 + $750 = $15,150 Lets subtract the original $2000 and run with $13,150. Now...Me being the nice guy that I am....I will charge you .25 on the dollar....That totals $3287.50....So, come pick up your shit, cut me a check and the deal is complete. I will not worry about the plethora of other times that you have inconvenienced me or the fact that you are in violation of my copyright since you have failed to returned a single license agreement. How many thousands of images at $750 per image PLUS legal costs......... Petty? Yep, it is but so is this entire thread. You wanna try to attack me publicly then you can deal with the aftermath. I have no reason to cut you any slack at this point.

As I said in the original thread (which was deleted), I dont want to harm AaronM's rep in any way, but as I described I had tried for several weeks and finally when he hung up on me today I posted the story to get his attention. I have simply wanted my $2000 or $1750, or $1250 or at least an effort made to pay me back, or the content that I payed for. He quickly said I would never be getting content from him so I guess its back to the money. I just dont understand why he cant just say yes I have your money and equip or no I dont have it, or explain a logical reason why. I dont want all these threats of what he can do to me on GFY boards and how powerful he really is, I just wanted him to listen to me so I could get my money back. As he said on the phone to me and has no problem denying that everything I wrote in these posts is true.... he says I stretched the truth on 2 things that he couldnt remember at the time. I guess I will be banned now so I guess it doesnt matter.
