Please help people! I?ve been fucked so many times by hosting companies: always overloading the server and being down for days?

Requirements:
1) True 24/7 customer service, preferable with icq chat 24/7,
2) Linux
3) Multiple domains at least 50
4) Price doesn?t matter I am looking for good not cheap (reasonable)
