Epassporte froze my account with their Fund Protection Mode, WTF??!?!
Epassporte have frozen up my account with their "Temporary Fund Protection Mode" for having more than $5000 in the account.
I've sent in a scan of my passport, drivers license, two credit cards and bank statements from two separate but I keep getting emails back asking for the "proof of address and front and back of credit card" -- WHICH I HAVE SENT IN -- SEVERAL FUCKING TIMES!!! It's been nearly a month, and I'm getting really fucking angry that these guys are holding a fair chunk of my money hostage like this. It's approaching the end of the month and I need the money to pay bills, but it seems like I'm not getting any closer to getting access to my cash. Every time I ring their customer service line , they keep me on hold for 10 minutes before saying that they can't sort this out, and that I have to email the account verification department. Does anyone know who I can call directly about get this sorted out?!?! Help!!!! |
Do a search here for Epassporte. If I were you I would suck every dime out of there as soon as you get the chance and exercise alternative options. :2 cents:

call the number on your card

Pretty soon whats-his-face will come in and ask you to email him the details. Tell him to go fuck himself.

NO way would a crappy net whatever-they-want-to-call-themselves get that level of information - and far less chance of ever having a $5K balance hanging in their hands :winkwink: Sorry to hear about your problem - ever thought of closing your account for security reasons and using a bank?? Ah.. another fake nick - forget it.. |
Just got an email from Michael, so hopefully it'll get sorted out within the next 24 hours.
... Dude, I WISH this was a fake problem. |
Am glad to hear that! :)
