Hey,

I have a solo site and am looking to do a few deals with some females and a few couples. I would like to have a contract with them attesting to their legal age, name, what exactly they will be doing, how the material will be used, and lastly payment. Basically what ever has to be done so that I don't get sued...

Be Careful. Make sure your contract is 2257 Compliant.

Thanks I will keep that in mind. If anyone has a sample I will just go over it with 2257 and make sure that it is compliant.

I video them as they sign and I ask questions about if they are of sound mind, drunk, on drugs,,ect. Burn it to a DVD and keep it with your contract/2257
